To order, use our downloadable Order Form to submit your order. This form is in PDF format and can be read with the free Adobe Reader or other PDF-reader software.

Order Via PayPal Secure Online Ordering

If you prefer to order online using PayPal’s secure online ordering system, use the pop-up menu and button below:

1. Use the pop-up menu to select a location/shipping option.
2. Click the Buy Now button.
3. When prompted on the page that appears, enter the number of books in your order.
4. Follow the prompts on the PayPal Web site to complete your order. (A PayPal account is not required to buy.)

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days.

Discounts for Quantity Orders

We offer discounts of 20% for orders by the case. There are 8 books per case. Contact us if you want to order by the case and we will send an invoice. Please keep in mind that we do not accept returns.
